We aim to please

We only sell from our current inventory, so all orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. In fact, many orders will even ship the same day! We are transparent about our shipping costs. We us a flat shipping rate so you will never be caught off guard by high shipping fees when you check out. We treat your purchase like we would want ours treated, with great care in handling every order.

Most items are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and sometimes our preferred parcel shipper FedEx/UPS. In general, shipments under $50 in value and/or less than 3 lbs. ship via USPS so expect between 2 and 7 business days for your product to arrive.

Heavier shipments over 3 lbs. in weight ship via FedEx/UPS. Ship times can vary based on distance from the Southwest where we are located. East coast shipments can take up to 6 days to be delivered

* USPS is our primary carrier, but heavier shipments may be shipped by FedEx/UPS.

Attention: Please contact us if you need Express delivery so we can work to accomodate your needs.
* Standard delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We make every effort to ship your product by the following business day.
* All Express delivery times are guaranteed, you will receive your tracking information and delivery date upon shipment.
* Weather and natural disasters can affect delivery times.
* National Holidays do affect shipping time.
** Delivery times apply to orders shipping within the continental 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take up to an additional 5 business days.
 
Orders are typically shipped the same or following business day. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.

Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii

Your order is our concern

There is no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. However, we do not offer express shipping to these regions.

Please add an additional $35 for FedEx/UPS Express shipping.

Note: Express shipments over 3 lbs may exceed $35.00. You are responsible for actual cost. We will make every attempt to contact you via e-mail to advise you of the actual charges prior to shipping your package.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside the US and Puerto Rico

Returns & Refund Policy

Easy Returns

At The Doodle Barn, your satisfaction is our greatest concern. We have every confidence that you will enjoy the quality of our products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the products for a full refund. Please contacts us within 30 days of your order to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Once authorized, if a product is defective we will sent a return shipping label and refund your entire cost upon receipt of the returned product. For non-defective products, you will be refunded your cost minus any shipping charges. If your original order received free shipping and the return alters your total order below $50, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please send all authorized returns in their original packaging and condition. Returns must be received within 14 days from the date the RMA was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not fit within this policy.

Please include a copy of your sales receipt along with your RMA for expedited service. Upon processing your return, we will promptly refund your account and send a refund receipt.
